Recognizes an individual who has shown ongoing commitment to quality service, initiative, and team spirit.
Requirements
Full-time, year-round employee.
Not an owner.
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service.
Chamber membership required (through their employer).
Non-Profit of the Year
Description
Honours a non-profit organization making a positive community impact through innovation, education, and leadership.
Requirements
Incorporated non-profit for at least 3 years (established before March 1, 2022).
Demonstrates community leadership, professionalism, and care.
Chamber membership required.
New Business of the Year
Description
Recognizes a business that has achieved outstanding success within its first three years.
Requirements
Maximum 3 years in business (established after March 1, 2022).
Demonstrates excellence in products/services, business practices, and growth potential.
Chamber membership required.
Employer of the Year Award
Description
Celebrates an employer recognized by their team for fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
Requirements
Nomination must come from employees.
Demonstrates professionalism, staff engagement, and sustainable growth.

Green Business of the Year

Recognizes a business or organization that demonstrates environmental leadership and sustainable practices.

Description
The Business Leader of the Year Award will be awarded to an individual that has exemplified commitment to the business community of Tofino over many years.

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and performance, with a business history ofsustainable growth over several years.
Business must be a Chamber member.
Customer Service Excellence Award
